Grand Theft Auto V is an open-world game including dozens of crimes, action packed gameplay and all of that jazz. However, to some people, the question arises that can it be played on a potato PC with no such optimizations to meet the requirements?
GTA 5 requires Windows 7 or more, a quad-core processor with 2.4GHz of CPU speed, 4 GB of RAM, and 128GB free space, for minimum settings. However, this is not actually the case. GTA 5 can be run without a graphics card, lets take and example of a 128MB VRAM Intel Integrated HD Graphics 620, and 8GB of RAM with 2.5GHz of CPU speed. The game will be able to play, but on the lowest settings if you want smooth gameplay.
Moreover, Windows can be Optimized by clearing temporary files, turbo boosting the PC to its maximum capability, and by even changing a few things in the system configuration. So yeah, there is indeed a way to pull of this stunt without a graphics card!
